Xi'an Unique Electronic and Chemical Co., Ltd. established in 1999.
Xi'an Unique established the electronic factory in 1999 which produced the precision electronic components such as Anode Button and Stud Pins and focused on the application in CRT.

Xi'an Unique established the chemical factory in 2000 which produced the boron oxide of electronic grade with high-purity.

Xi'an Unique cooperated with the IRICO Group Electronics Co., Ltd since 2008 and committed to research and development the boron oxide in the TFT substrate glass industry for IRICO Electronics.

Xi'an Unique cooperated with TUNGHSU Group in 2010 and committed to meet the customer's requirements of high-quality boron oxide.

Xi'an Unique had moved the New Premises for the Head office of UNIQUE Group from High-Tech Industrial Development Zone to QUJIANG New District.
